𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐎𝐥𝐝 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐮𝐦 (𝐒.𝐘. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟑)

Students under the 2022–2023 curriculum are advised to enroll only in the subjects offered under their curriculum.

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐮𝐦 (𝐒.𝐘. 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔)

Students under the 2025–2026 curriculum must follow the subjects and schedules designated for the new curriculum.

𝐁𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐨:

• Review your subjects carefully

• Ensure that your enrolled subjects match your curriculum year

• Coordinate with the Registrar’s Office for any concerns regarding your subjects or enrollment

𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬:

• Enrollment for new students will now be conducted 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞-𝐭𝐨-𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞.

• The payment process will also be strictly face-to-face at the school cashier.

𝐓𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 & 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫

As part of the administration’s updated enrollment policy, all existing students are required to settle their remaining balances from the previous semester before they can proceed with enrollment.

For 𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐤-𝐢𝐧 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐬, a minimum payment of at least 50% of the total tuition fee is required upon enrollment.

However, students who choose to 𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐌𝐞𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐛𝐚𝐧𝐤 are required to pay the full amount in order to be officially enrolled.

𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐄𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐞𝐬

Please bring the required documents and submit them to the Registrar’s Office. The following are required:

• Transcript of Records (TOR)

• Birth Certificate

• Marriage Contract (for married female applicants)

• Permit to Study (if applicable)

• 2x2 ID picture

Kindly place all documents in a 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐫 before submitting them to the Registrar.

𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐂𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓

𝐓𝐨: 𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐌.𝐀. 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Please be informed of the 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 implemented by the administration regarding tuition fees.

All students are required to pay at least 𝟓𝟎% of their total tuition fee upon enrollment. In addition, all outstanding balances from previous semesters must be fully settled.

Only students who have complied with both requirements will be considered 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐞𝐧𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐝 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔.

Effective immediately, the institution will strictly implement the policy:

“𝐍𝐎 𝐅𝐔𝐋𝐋 𝐏𝐀𝐘𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓, 𝐍𝐎 𝐅𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐋 𝐄𝐗𝐀𝐌.”

All students are required to settle their tuition and other financial obligations in full on or before May 9, 2026.

The Final Examination is scheduled on May 16, 2026, and only those who have fully paid will be allowed to take the exams.

Failure to comply with this policy will result in no grade.

We encourage everyone to be guided accordingly to avoid any inconvenience during the enrollment process.
